To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同朋友去咗京菜 - 北京老家,呢間係灣仔合和中心,位置幾方便,菜館設計以北京「老胡同」為既念,由門口,樓梯同內𥚃裝飾都很中國風,最特別有張枱有中間養了金魚,感覺就好像在北京四合院內的魚池一樣好得意。我哋見到有超值二人套餐 ($680),有以下菜式,二人套餐份量都唔少。🥢 雙喜拼盤 1️⃣ 雞絲粉皮2️⃣ 上海烤麩兩款拼盤份量都大份,味道唔錯,很有上海小菜風味。🥢 招牌烤鴨半隻 很香脆的鴨皮,鴨肉肉質保持嫩滑又多汁,配埋熱烘烘的薄餅,青瓜條及京蔥再點醬一齊食,份外滋味。🥢 京味酸辣湯(2盅)酸酸辣辣的酸辣湯味道唔錯,又多料,好飲。🥢 糖醋魚片甜甜酸酸糖醋魚片,魚片又幼滑唔錯。🥢 熗炒手撕椰菜炒椰菜好爽脆又清甜。🥢 小籠包(2個)小籠包皮都算薄,餡料又飽滿又美味,小籠包內滿滿上湯又爆汁,好味。🥢 宮廷狀元糕 呢款比較傳統中式糕點,唔係成日有得食,用了香甜金絲棗製作,熱辣辣狀元糕超鬆軟,天然甜味無負擔又很香棗味道,喜歡吃棗的朋友值得一試!!再叫多一籠了小籠包同蔥爆羊肉已經夠食。🥢 蔥爆羊肉呢個有驚喜,炒得好香又惹味蔥爆羊肉,羊肉又沒有太大臊味,用嚟送飯好正😊。

依家手工中菜真係買少見少,市面嘅餐廳都比預製菜攻佔,所以一定要幫襯優質嘅餐廳。今次介紹位於灣仔合和中心7樓有間主打京菜嘅「北京老家」,係菜單會搵到好多懷舊京菜,要嚟多幾次先試得哂。北京填鴨可以見到充滿光澤嘅棕紅色鴨皮,皮下有薄薄一層脂肪,然後脂肪下面係多肉汁嘅鴨肉。乾燒明蝦拼鍋巴甜酸開胃嘅蝦肉,口感彈牙爽口。配搭烤到香脆嘅鍋巴又是另一番風味。乾隆白菜選用大塊嘅白菜,配搭芝麻醬和醋令到白菜帶返酸甜嘅味道。老家醉豬手平時我對豬手就一般,但係依款就充滿酒香味,同時亦都唔會有腥味。官庭牛腩煲估唔到牛腩都有驚喜,長時間炆煮令到牛腩軟腍,我自己覺得餸飯就一流。老家富貴雞首先用泥密封整隻雞,能夠起到鎖住肉汁嘅作用,雞肉內部釀入配料,可以帶返天然嘅鹹香出嚟。拔絲香蕉大廚話佢哋嘅拔絲用咗中西合璧嘅方式,所以佢哋嘅拔絲唔會咁容易用,啱晒打卡。宮廷狀元糕主打健康嘅金絲棗製作而成,有天然嘅甜味又夠晒營養啊。北京老家 (灣仔)灣仔皇后大道東183號合和中心7樓704及8樓802號舖
