To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第N次ENCORE尖沙咀樓上烤魚店~呢間烤魚坐得舒服,烤魚口味又多 仲有串燒食收工後同同事HAPPY HOUR下都幾爽可以嗌個啤酒TOWER, 一路傾計又一路飲一路食!!照舊都係鳳梨香辣豆花配海鱸魚鳳梨煮過之後變得更甜, 然後表面有辣湯既味道. 食起上黎又甜又辣呢個就係每次都叫呢個湯底既原因~~湯底有豆花, 芽菜, 莞茜, 寬粉..等等豆花係超濃豆味而且口感超滑寬粉有嚼勁而且掛左湯海鱸魚既肉質都挺身可以容易夾起, 唔算多骨味道帶類似鱈魚既鮮甜!雞煲可以揀唔辣 但因為有各樣香料, 味道依然惹味半隻雞但份量都唔少雞件係煎左,封住肉汁先再落汁煮濃郁既醬汁包裹住整舊肉但又唔會過鹹
