To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放半天假,約左好姊妹去銅鑼灣行街睇戲,朋友話想去食印尼野,佢話這間班蘭葉印尼餐廳啲嘢幾好食,她每次同男朋友到銅鑼灣,係一定會食既餐廳呢度門口細細,門口好多印尼小食,裏面座位唔多,目測大概可容納20-30人,幾多印尼食客,應該幾有印尼地道口味朋友話呢度串燒好好食,所以我地二人,叫左個串燒+ 班蘭雞尖塔飯6串白鱔串燒,燒烤過的白鱔好香,入口肉質肥美彈牙班蘭雞尖塔飯,個飯綠色,尖塔做形,幾得意,入口有淡淡班蘭味同椰香味,跟兩個汁(豉油+蒜蓉),有啲似海南雞飯,雖然有雞胸部位,但煮得都幾滑朋友話係呢花膠湯粉皮,好有骨膠原,同好好食,叫我下次嚟,一定要試,仲有最抵係,呢度唔收加一

班蘭雞尖塔飯,個飯綠色,尖塔做形,幾得意,入口有淡淡班蘭味同椰香味,跟兩個汁(豉油+蒜蓉),有啲似海南雞飯,雖然有雞胸部位,但煮得都幾滑
