To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩間悠蔬食,真心講其實我覺得銅鑼灣嗰間整體上比較好,第一次食已經有少少heart feeling,我知道呢間野好full,但係2個人食一餐飯$4、500落樓,一路食好似一路俾人吹,啲侍應又好似趕住收工咁。第二次去食,即係今日,食嘅係午餐,心諗唔係晚餐應該會好啲掛,其實都係一樣,侍應一啲笑容都冇,而且亦都唔係太好禮貌,今次同個女叫咗兩個set,其中一個係點心拼盤加台式鹵麵,碗麵我只係食咗幾啖,真係食唔落,我冇諗過佢差到咁樣,所以你唔想都冇用,真心講呢兩間我都食過四、五次,係因為我覺得佢哋嘅廚師真係好用心去煮,環境係唔錯,但係如果服務質素仲係咁差嘅話,無論啲嘢幾好食都好,我相信都唔會做得好長!
