﹝續上文...﹞到第二道主菜Second Piatto,是一早坐低飲緊汽酒時叫的,到食Primo Piatto到咁上下時,就可以叫侍應上第二道主菜。仍是有Carni及Pescie Carni的四選一,亦可以豪酊盡,加多三舊水選當日廚師之選如燒龍蝦及和牛。考慮到食唔得咁多,我們選了羊架及牛扒,分別要了rare及medium rare。個人覺得,羊架是這裡的招牌之一,喜吃羊的不能不試。要了rare,來時切開一看,表皮僅熟略脆,肉粉紅色有血水,火侯剛剛好,亦表現出廚房的水準,是相當之高。肉質好,鬆軟嫩滑,有炭燒的香味,有些少羊油附著,更覺香口。配上法式芥辣,更好味。一客三支羊架,作為半自助餐的第二道主菜,是非常的足夠,單是這一客羊架,已經足夠拿滿分。坦白講,又成個餐只三百幾蚊,只吃前菜及這個羊架,已經夠回本有突;太座牛扒薄身的,要了medium rare亦燒得恰到好處,肉質都好,單以鹽調味已經風味十足。當然吃了羊架再吃牛,就高下立見,不過也是有水準的。配菜只是簡簡單單的烤新薯及鹽水豆角,其實之前吃了這麼多,沒有配菜也行的。吃完第二道主菜,其實都有十幾成飽,不過作為一餐完美的意大利餐,不食埋芝

吃完第二道主菜,其實都有十幾成飽,不過作為一餐完美的意大利餐,不食埋芝士及甜品,又好似未完成似的,所以坐一陣就轉去甜品芝士檯。

芝士併盤選擇不算很多,是大路之選的Gorgonzola,Parmasen及Bel Paese,每樣拿了一片,加兩粒核桃及乾果,不能再吃得下克力架了。最喜愛的,當然是Gorgonzola,又軟又香,味道沒有藍芝士般霸道,同乾果最匹配,如果不是飽,吃多多都得;

甜品主要分兩部份,是生果及各式餅類及蛋糕,還有的是自家製的雪糕。生果不吃了,因為已很飽,就集中在餅、蛋糕及雪糕吧!掛頭牌的唔使問,一定係皇牌Tiramisu,呢度的Tiramisu我覺得是全香港最好食的,芝士味及酒味的平衡做得好好,軟身亦帶出新鮮的感覺,試問欠缺新鮮口感的Tiramisu又怎能算是及格?我們兩個,前前後後,都吃了差不多5份之2盤,好滿足。其他幾款凍餅都有水準,其中以橙味慕絲蛋糕最好,話晒帝苑出品,有多少品質保證的。其次份量少少地的creme brulee都幾正,香甜軟滑,淨睇底部的粒粒云呢拿籽就知幾真材實料,必試;自家製雪糕有云呢拿及朱古力兩款味道,吃了這麼多,甜及凍的甜品最合口胃,加埋幾款生果,有些又淋朱古力漿,結果又一人吃了幾球!

餐後飲品,本應是叫杯espresso才夠正宗,不過假期也不宜太刺激腦子,就一人叫了杯泡沫咖啡,為這一餐劃上完美句號。

服務方面,十分之好,非常滿意。人手充足,幾時都有人在左近;又夠醒目,差不多人客放下刀叉,想再起身時就來收碟,餐具擺好,餐巾亦在客人歸位前摺好,好妥當;掌Second Piatto的大廚亦有求必應,想點煮,怎樣吃都得,出聲就可以。另外食物是不停的refill,我們由十二點坐到成三點鐘,都未見有食物是短缺的。熱門食物如巴馬火腿及Tiramisu都長吃長有,自助餐能做到這個水準,在香港數不出幾度地方可以,值得一讚。

埋單七百蚊,平時在這裡用白金咭可有折,不過Brunch Buffet就沒有。食到十五成飽,太座是尤其滿意。遢想想,平時單吃Antipasto及羊架都過四百,呢個價錢,這樣的高質數食物,個人覺得,是物超所值,一定要試。

食物由開胃菜到甜品,都是高水準;地方舒適好坐,無論二人撐檯腳或商務應酬都非常合適;服務又好,照顧周到。總括來說,是幾時及任何場合都值得大力推薦。

是另一間拿滿分的食肆。
