Sabatini的環境有幾正,唔使多講。親切的環境,似別人家裡的佈置,加上印上自家標誌的各式餐具,環境一項很難不是「5」分。Sunday Brunch雖然是自助餐形式,但仍然保持正宗的意菜格式,包餐前的開胃酒Aperitivo、開胃菜Antipasto、第一及第二道菜Primo & Second Piatto、芝士Formaggio及甜品Dolce。其中Antipasto及Primo Piatto以自助形式,自家製的意粉及魚生多士就即席整,第二道主菜就是四選一,芝士及甜品又是自助式,單睇陣式,都米話唔少野食。

先來一杯汽酒,作為Aperitivo,亦是成餐飯的kick off。麵包籃的麵包雖然不熱,但味道又不錯。尤以蕃茄圓包最好,另外麵包棒都不錯,外表麻麻又凍凍地,但吃落鬆軟又微脆,好有水準。本以為有咁多野食,實食剩,結果包用來點汁,食下食下都食得完;

先吃開胃菜,一起就去看antipasto檯有什麼好吃。如常基本上是一開二,中間由生蠔盤分隔,一邊是沙律冷盤,一邊是凍肉cold cut。沙律冷盤選擇幾多,有各式菇類、茄子、魷魚、蛋餅、辣椒乾、青紅黃椒、雅枝竹、水牛芝士伴蕃茄、椰菜仔等,賣相及味道俱佳,唔使講係新鮮,一樣拿少少,已經一碟滿滿的,恨只恨好食物太多,胃口太少。其中最好吃的是油浸辣椒乾,配邊樣食品都得,可惜找不到我最喜歡吃的Antipasto紅酒浸無花果,以前在彼邦工作,日日下晝都食這個。;凍肉同生蠔一齊吃,生蠔幾大隻的,新鮮爽甜,略欠海水味,但都算不錯。凍肉都有五、六款,掛頭牌的當然是巴馬火腿加哈蜜瓜,一鮮鹹香一甜美,一向也是天衣無縫的配搭,吃了三、四件才停得手。其他有莎樂美、Peck Ham、St. Daniele煙三文等,因為之後還有好多東西吃,一樣吃一件試試好了,品質都有水準;

轉戰第一道菜Primo Piatto,這裡是以即叫即煮的形式。先拿個湯,是羊肉野米湯,幾濃郁肉味,所以麵包籃又少了麵包。魚生多士是源源供應,煎得脆口的法包多士,配以三文/吞拿/立魚,加上意式香草汁及蕃茄汁,幾好味。意粉是這裡的皇牌之一,當然是要吃。是日有三種,分別是Spagetti、Penne及Fettucine,三款吃勻,始終喜歡扁麵Fettucine,廚師淥意粉的時間亦剛好,好有咬口。醬汁兩款,忌廉汁及蕃茄汁,兩款都好好味。忌廉汁內有蘑菇,又香又濃,茄汁則加了舌拿魚,充滿著蕃茄的新鮮味道,有這兩款醬汁,麵包籃內的麵包又少了一些。意粉的配菜也出色,是燒香腸及炭燒鱸魚,鱸魚肉質嫩滑,用了燒的煮法,不太腍,有口感。單是這個鱸魚其實也是一味主菜,配上忌廉汁更是又香又滑又好味,忌不住口,都吃了三件至收得手。燒腸味道幾好,鹹鹹香香的,個人覺得配上蕃茄汁,味道最好;
