To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過牛角散點..對上一次食已經2年幾前1直對牛角飯同佢d肉念念不忘見到牛角有放題上星期五終於同bf夾到時間去食差唔多7點去到,好好彩2位唔洗等即刻入得我地揀左c餐,因為限時90分鐘..仲要30分鐘前就last order,我又食得慢一坐底當然即刻點野食啦~係我未傳送之前就黎左2盤肉..原來係頭盤肉..燒肉我唔太喜愛雞肉,怕佢無味..開頭佢送埋黎既頭盤有雞肉我仲以為佢送錯枱tim頭盤有種牛入口即溶好好味ar~男友趁我點緊野食就擺左頭盤肉落爐影唔切相入坐前本身仲怕無熱飲得水飲..原來有熱柚子蜜..飲落唔會太甜岩岩好自己一個前後飲左5杯ar~點左1杯活乳酸梳打,不過無汽同無乳酸味根本係1杯白色ge凍水後來點既肉淨係賣相已經同頭盤有d出入本來無諗住打食評..所以影ge相唔多~我地仲點左個"壼漬味噌大腸"不過上枱時係大腸就咁放係盤入面同我想像ge有出入..於是我就問下待應有無出錯待應小姐拎走左成盤野,回來時解釋係因為我今次落單仲有其他食物,所以就擺係盤入面但我對於呢個答案真係唔多接受,因為A餐入面都有1款係味噌大腸,我都唔知兩者分別係邊原來燒大腸都幾好食,脆脆地,又無炸大腸咁乾佢ge厚切牛脷

入坐前本身仲怕無熱飲得水飲..
原來有熱柚子蜜..飲落唔會太甜岩岩好

自己一個前後飲左5杯ar~

點左1杯活乳酸梳打,不過無汽同無乳酸味
根本係1杯白色ge凍水

後來點既肉淨係賣相已經同頭盤有d出入


本來無諗住打食評..所以影ge相唔多~

我地仲點左個"壼漬味噌大腸"
不過上枱時係大腸就咁放係盤入面
同我想像ge有出入..於是我就問下待應有無出錯
待應小姐拎走左成盤野,回來時解釋係因為我今次落單仲有其他食物,所以就擺係盤入面
但我對於呢個答案真係唔多接受,因為A餐入面都有1款係味噌大腸,我都唔知兩者分別係邊


原來燒大腸都幾好食,脆脆地,又無炸大腸咁乾

佢ge厚切牛脷真係好好味
雖然燒ge時間比較長~

仲有點左個"芝士雞腿肉"..黎ge時候d雞係俾香草浸過..超級難食
我地接受唔到呢隻味
後尾返到屋企睇返見到menu有個叫香草雞腿肉..都唔知係唔係佢俾錯我

自制成黑牛


係差唔多食到尾先發現原來有生熟肉夾
但我地枱面得一款生肉夾,,好實好難用ar



埋單加埋一800幾蚊
..仲食得勁趕
都係試下就好..
下次食牛角都係食返正價散點算~
