To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屯門可以吃到燒肉放題就只限市中心分店,V City 分店只以吃定食套餐。🚇交通:近屯門市中心輕鐵站,在牧羊少年Cafe對面。🏠環境:室內面積大,以沉實為主題,配合澄黃色的燈光,深紅色或啡色卡座,顯得低調而奢華。🤵🏻服務:QR Code下單,收取加一。🍽️午市:特別價格燒肉放題SS1 $288/2位,另需原價加一。🍚牛角飯平常放題是不會吃飯,但來到牛角就一定要點牛角飯,特別要加多紫菜和多汁,非常出色,連本來不吃飯的朋友都要吃上一碗。🐮一口牛和牛五花牛肉只有兩類,配搭不同醬料醃製,😍個人喜歡一口牛,大小剛好,易熟多汁,🤤很濃郁牛味,而牛五花的油脂比例較高😝,所以較香口,但油膩😅,建議配生菜🥬吃。🐷豚肉燒😣個人極不推薦,完全無味道!🐔雞腿肉和雞中翼雞腿肉厚切,燒熟時間較久,入口肉質嫩身而皮焦香,都不錯。🥗前菜:海蜇柚子醋沙律🥗、拍青瓜🥒、豆腐都不錯,沙律微酸開胃,又可以解膩,值得推薦。🥲可惜這個套餐是沒有甜品🍦,不過飲品選擇也多,🥤梳打特飲值得點。 continue reading
