近期越來越多fusion菜式出現,e.g. 日式x西式,但當傳統中菜元素撞上西式菜式嘅時候會發生咩事?😝 究竟係大纜都扯唔埋? 定撞到新火花呢?🎇Menu:1️⃣ 咸蛋黃醬凱撒沙律($158)一塊塊新鮮生菜之中夾雜着惹味嘅煙肉碎,雖然唔似食開嘅凱撒沙律,會有香口嘅麵包脆粒,反而係加咗鹹香味重嘅咸魚蛋黃醬🤪 呢個味蕾衝擊真係好新奇!初次第一啖食落口可能會唔太習慣,但肯定嘅係之後每啖都食得好滋味🤤 2️⃣ 21天熟成厚切豬扒($338)初時見到呢一塊豬扒好似煮得比較乾身,而圍邊嘅醬汁唔算多,望落亦比較傑身,所以都有小擔心…🥹但估唔到! 切開豬扒嘅時候比想像中還要容易,配埋店主特別介紹嘅醬汁:紫貝天葵加蘋果蓉,味道略帶酸甜,十分清新😆 呢道菜絕對係考驗廚師掌握火候嘅功力,因為煮嘅時間稍微過長,肉質就會變鞋、難咬😌 完全當之無愧成為當晚「我最喜愛嘅菜式」👑👍🏻3️⃣ 特色卡邦尼意粉($238)而呢碟卡邦尼意粉嘅特色之處,就係將傳統用料「煙肉」轉咗做中式嘅「臘肉」 & 「金華火腿」🥓➡️🐽~ 整碟意粉主要嘅鹹味就係來自金華火腿,而臘肉嘅油分亦都令加咗不少芝士嘅卡邦尼意粉口感變得更順滑🫶🏻
