To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食添好運,就係呢間深水埗店舖。如果由地鐵站走過去都幾遠下,不過正因為咁可能等得無咁耐。等左10分鐘左右就有位等,不過d位就不像一般茶樓舒服。所以只能食佢既美味。叫左餐牌上大部份既野食,我只睇得上馬拉糕和叉燒包。其他都係好一般,沒有特別搶眼和好味。但呢個叉燒包真係得!!!佢似油多士加叉燒包,不過佢唔係方包質地,佢係好似普遍叉燒包加牛油再拿去焗,加上夠新奇,超好味。係唯一既賣點。一碟3件,食兩件都已經飽飽地。下次會再去食多次,更會試下炸野。
