To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日經過銅鑼灣,見到有幾間印尼餐廳,本身其實已經好想試印尼餐廳,因為未食過,就揀咗一間最多人排隊嘅。好好彩,等咗一陣就可以入座。等待入座期間,我和朋友喺餐廳出面係咁望住佢個外賣小食櫃流口水,有斑斕千層糕,香蕉糕,班蘭蛋糕,南瓜千層糕等等,賣相超級吸引!以下係ordered food:新鮮椰青$38非常清甜,椰子肉也非常淋同滑,加埋清甜椰青水,一路飲一路食,真係好滿足印尼花膠湯斑蘭雞配白飯 $78雞飯同花膠湯係分開上,好好彩食到雞髀,加上一粒粒嘅白飯,真係好好食。呢個就係印尼花膠湯入面有一塊好大塊嘅花膠,煮得啱啱好,唔會太硬,都唔會太淋,正!同埋佢個湯底非常濃郁,浸浸花膠雞味,好滿足,肯定係真材實料原條魚花膠湯粉皮$88 (+$10轉燒製) 條魚超級大條,$88黎講超級抵,同埋嗰$10轉燒製係一定要!本身因為驚熱氣,所以先轉燒魚,點知一放入口,就發現呢個$10冇比錯。佢個魚整得超級好,魚肉非常滑,又唔多骨,加上用秘製醬汁去燒,真係無人能及,超級好味本身想試粉皮,點知賣晒,所以轉左貴叼,但都好好食,都係有一大塊花膠,同埋個湯底都超好飲。物有所值!呢度有兩個主食,叫我分邊個好食啲都真係好難分
