To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋友介紹元朗依間發辨壽司,本來都無咩興趣既,因為價錢同位置令我停左黎落,但係睇左部分好同差既評價就諗住用試既心態去食下個午餐,點知打去book果時冇吧台,諗住試下算啦當日食左啲野先入去(因為份量吾夠),去到因為少左個師傅,另外經理又味番,個女師傅踢哂腳,重要好吧店客走左,咁既時候緊係問可吾可以坐吧台啦,睇睇個菜單吾洗諗就簡左250個壽司餐😎😎未有壽司之前有茶碗蒸同前菜(冇影到相😂)蛋既味道吾錯另外都好滑,但係個前菜就似一早整好雪左好耐既一樣,味道都吾錯上壽司之前都有啲小食食,包括有牛膀、壽司薑同山葵牛膀一粒粒咁有啲甜甜地,好似有水既糖咁壽司薑佢吾同平時既日本店咁樣一片片山葵吾係真係食介未,只係令左佢中間個啲莖黎食壽司方面我跟次序講,因為主要都係由淡到濃左口魚 > 金木吊(日本既大眼雞) > 帶子 > 甜蝦 > 深海池魚 > 赤身 > 中拖羅 > 海膽 > 拖羅手卷每種壽司啲食材都好新鮮,啲壽司佢地自己搞過味道,食既時候吾洗點任何野,最後黎左個甜品都還可以佢壽司既用料真係好好,我見識少啦,但係我覺得係我食過最好味既
