🇭🇰Hong KongAverage expense pp: HKD$120-150+📍Address: 僕之拉麵, Mong Kok香港呢排開咗好多拉麵店,依間拉麵好適合食肉獸,分別有三3倍同埋1.5倍嘅叉燒,份量多到上枱都令我嚇咗一跳。小食可以$30就食到章魚小丸子,粒粒都食到章魚肉。湯底有分豬骨濃湯同豬骨清湯(日本醬油/鹽味)。首先我哋當然點左特選拉麵,喺呢度最出名嗰款,用咗1.5倍嘅炙燒叉燒,燒得油脂分布平均,入口好香,旁邊仲有叉燒粒。半熟流心蛋好香,超正!鹹度適中。豬骨濃湯嘅湯底真係好濃,有少少似平時食沾麵湯濃嘅程度。如果嫌肉唔夠仲可以點肉愛食者拉麵,大片嘅叉燒份量係平時嘅3倍,完全圍滿晒成個碗邊,同樣有蔥、糖心蛋同埋竹筍。而呢個我哋就叫咗豬骨清湯,醬油味帶出咗豬骨嘅鹹香,呢個湯都幾清新,所以我飲多咗兩啖。拉麵運用太面,所以口感煙韌,好容易吸索晒湯嘅精華,下次再去新寶戲院應該會嚟呢度食碗拉麵先
