To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次既感覺唔錯，下次會再黎。

我同朋友第一次黎依度食飯，一心諗住睇到Opening Rice食評唔錯既心態一試，都算無黎錯。我地住係對住個水吧既位置，見到個嬸嬸佢帶住個口罩，比我感覺佢地好乾淨，口水唔會亂咁飛。^^我地叫左以下食物：小籠包- 肉質唔錯，唔會太多肥肉。xx油爆蝦（唔係好記得咩名）- 好好味，感覺唔會好油，連蝦殼食都ok，岩我依D懶用手食野既人^^。火腿雙方（侍應小姐介紹）：幾特別，不妨一試。辣醬拉麵- 一心諗住會好辣，所以先試少少，但出奇地唔係咁辣，都算唔錯，裡面材料全都係內臟，如豬肚、腎…服務員好勤快，好似經過訓練咁，佢地一見我地無茶就馬上會幫我地加茶。亦十分禮貌。唯一美中不足既就係，成晚聽到個收銀小銀大大聲講野，中間仲夾雜埋D粗口，攪到有D似坐係大排檔感覺！>.< 希望下次黎果陣可以有所改善啦！
