兩個湯底比較下,個人較喜歡純牛骨湯底,牛味香濃,是少見的拉麵湯底,反而加了白松露的「白牛」湯底蓋過了牛骨湯味;和牛「薄切刺身」雖然只得兩片,但口感夠滑,「厚切火炙」則較香口又啖啖肉,各有特色😋此店確值得一試!
