1/5第一叉燒?第一”差”燒吧?侍應解釋點解要咁大舊嘅時候,話因為懷舊菜,斬大嚿叉燒,解釋得就幾好啦,不過都掩飾唔到唔好食呢個事實。大嚿首先第一入邊入味,有一舊厚到個裏面好似有舊軟淋嘅湯渣肉咁。然後佢又要玩新穎,唔用麥芽糖,用唔知係咪桂花蜜嘅蜜糖上菜。然後啲叉燒肉質未到乾,但全部硬淨鞋口。豉油王鵝腸爽口到咬唔開,太多水無獲氣唔似炒。薑蔥蠔煲夠哂熱,隻蠔雖然細隻但係都靚,外面都脆身入面嫩口,但係完全冇調味。手剁蓮藕肉餅,食唔到有蓮藕,肉餅又係完全冇味。
