To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 火水爐個名字好特別呀,我仲專登上網搵下係咩黎嘅😂原來是舊時煮食用具。———————餐廳裝潢幾70年代feel, 勁懷舊味。Menu也是很懷舊味的。我地選擇了$298 多了一個任食頂級牛小排。餐前小食是炸魚旦和炸燒賣, 幾脆口,食完仲可以refill. 有個朋友唔食得辣,所以我哋選擇咗濃厚花膠雞湯鍋。個湯有「媽媽」味😂似係媽煲個種。但個雞肉就一般,唔夠滑。但煲湯都算好足料,好多花膠。我哋飲晒成個湯,第二次加湯先開始食牛食海鮮😋野飲冇啤酒簡,但任飲的,想飲酒可以帶酒上黎飲。其他食物都算ok。——————另外想講就係距地服務好好,係咁幫你睇住洗唔洗加湯,收野個d,又好笑容,所以俾左我地好印象😊😊😊下次會再黎的。

有個朋友唔食得辣,所以我哋選擇咗濃厚花膠雞湯鍋。個湯有「媽媽」味😂似係媽煲個種。
