Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為冇記性,常常被媽媽問有沒有吃蛋補腦所以決定不只吃蛋,仲要食埋豆腐,因為豆腐含豐富卵磷脂,對大腦非常有益,今晚決定點選不同口味的豆腐,來一頓補腦晚餐!🐣溫泉蛋溫泉蛋配上鰹魚汁,簡單而又開胃嘅前菜🍲豚肉豆腐煲呢個湯頭比較清淡,味道源自食材本身嘅鮮甜,豆腐一貫嘅眩惑轉滑,豚肉一片片薄切,下層仲有少少雜菜同埋蛋花,清爽之選🥜上湯揚豆腐係居酒屋必點菜式,豆腐炸至外皮脆卜卜鰹魚汁襯有櫻花蝦,在面頭灑上木魚,咬落熱呼呼~係經典日式豆腐吃法🧀香炸芝士因為其餘菜式比較清淡,就想食一個炸物,芝士炸完都流心,中間夾住一塊小小嘅紫蘇葉,味道有層次🍣魚生飯份量十足🐟最鍾意有三文魚子&海膽,刺身新鮮,而且碗盤很美,要加加分~簡簡單單食完一個晚餐,因為近排放假,食到消化不良,食啲豆腐、湯之類嘅食物,都非常唔錯!最緊要嘅係,簡單嘅食材都可以好好食😋

呢個湯頭比較清淡,
味道源自食材本身嘅鮮甜,

下層仲有少少雜菜同埋蛋花,清爽之選

係居酒屋必點菜式,豆腐炸至外皮脆卜卜
