每年都會黎起碼一次鮨逸,自問唔係咩都食,但每次黎唔洗諗omakase都會好滿意。蟹肉水雲同鮟鱇魚肝為今晚掀起序幕,同樣酸酸甜甜好開胃,當中松葉蟹肉鮮味完全冇俾調味蓋過。汁煮粒貝好彈牙爽甜,白子新鮮甘香,creamy軟滑。勘八魚包住海膽豆腐,魚肉細嫩肥美。北寄貝同龍蝦極新鮮,上台仲係郁郁下,龍蝦爽脆清甜。北海道花魚火炙後魚油滴哂出黎,連飯都有個香味。帆立貝係好純粹嘅鮮甜,檸檬汁帶來一絲清新,表面畫咗幾刀令口感更加豐富。黑陸魚柔軟甘甜,輕輕燒過好香。第一次見蟹膏豆腐真係配咗真蟹肉,豆腐好滑,但味道完全俾蟹肉蓋過左,一梳梳真係好甜。鰤魚新鮮有光澤,夠肥美。牡丹蝦又刷新左我嘅排名,係我食過最新鮮嘅牡丹蝦。 蝦肉軟滑甜到黐線,甘香蝦膏令味道昇華。岩手縣真蠔大隻爽脆,好新鮮。銀鱈魚同喜知次魚油都好足,輕輕火炙過燒到好香,入口即融。象拔蚌好爽,簡單用檸檬汁同wasabi調味已經好完美。吞拿魚醬油漬包左鹽水海膽,從裡到外都好幼滑。拖羅蓉最中餅令我留下深刻印象。 本來我怕最中餅會令拖羅淡味左,但完全唔會,一啖咬落去外脆內軟,海膽同拖羅嘅甜味直衝出黎,絕對好食過就咁畢黎食,好幸福。蟹膏鮑魚厚切彈牙,鮑魚味
