To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路过店铺门口，有浓郁的炖牛肉汤香气，进去来一碗，别说话，先喝汤再吃肉然后滴辣椒油最后一扫光，碗底略剩肉渣。这店不大，听说华姐不打理后，出品水准已下降很多，但我吃几次感觉水准还行，但不够稳定，每次的味道有差异，咸鲜味型的技巧没掌握好。不过，已经能秒杀九记了。华姐的咖喱牛腩看个人喜欢，吃咖喱还不如吃清汤腩泡饭，泡前一定落少少细油，多加葱白，再搭配白萝卜，那是很满足的。华姐位置也好，天后站左边小花园旁边。
