To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都係踩單車先經過科學園,從來都未入過去入面,但原來入面有好多食店架,今次就黎左呢間酒樓試下。本身仲諗住應該會無咩人,點知一行入黎發現都有幾多人喎!而且有部大電視係中間,可以一路食一路睇下電視,首先我地黎左道上湯加拿大龍蝦(伊麵底),呢一道菜就係好抵食,原隻龍蝦再加個伊麵底都只係$128 ,呢個價錢真係去邊度搵呀!!我地成餐飯都無叫過一個白飯,因為食呢個伊龍已經夠晒喇!餐牌上仲有幾款孖寶揀,我地揀左鵝肝醬貢菜炒什菌+金蒜粉絲蒸皇帝貝(6隻)貢菜比較少見,出面唔係好多地方有得食,但通常貢菜都係整成涼菜,我都係第1次食炒貢菜。貢菜既口感食落爽爽地拼埋個充滿鵝肝醬既什菌,呢道菜特別得黎好好味!中意食蒜既朋友一定會鍾意呢道菜!因為每隻皇帝貝上面都有大量既蒜,再有粉絲墊係皇帝貝既下面,D粉絲吸晒皇帝貝既鮮味,蟲草花銀魚蒸茄子呢道菜既茄子本身比較清淡,但因為加左蟲草花同銀魚係面,口感同味道既層次都多左唔少,我個人認為呢道菜好適合長者呢!黑松露帶子炒蛋本身都怕呢個菜會無咩特別,但食落口都幾驚喜!因為佢個黑松露味真係好濃,仲有佢用帶子取代傳統既蝦仁,感覺好match,唔會覺得格格不入,比起係一般餐廳

口感同味道既層次都多左唔少,

但食落口都幾驚喜!
因為佢個黑松露味真係好濃,
仲有佢用帶子取代傳統既蝦仁,
感覺好match,唔會覺得格格不入,
比起係一般餐廳食既蝦仁炒蛋層次又更高了!


由於我本人係非常中意飲湯,
