秋風起,某社交平台上面到處都係啲人食大閘蟹,所以上次食過紅樓點心覺得唔錯,就打黎睇下佢有冇大閘蟹餐,點知真係有,就過咗嚟試啦。我叫咗個鮮拆蟹粉撈麵同埋鮮拆魚翅蟹粉撈飯,呢兩道菜真心幾好食,但係味道有啲接近,只不過飯係有魚翅係入邊,所以如果想食平少少,我建議簡飯!味道會出啲!首先好重蟹黃,然後入邊好多蟹肉,夠晒濃味,唔需要落其他調味料,啖啖肉好正。大閘蟹自然少不了,係成餐飯嘅重點,有成五兩重,都幾大隻,一打開好蟹黃,已經流晒口水,拆蟹要用好多時間,d待應時不時斟茶,又幫我換碟,服務都幾細心,見我食到差唔多,又比濕紙巾,同上埋薑茶,不得不提個薑茶都好出色,而且個杯好靚,其實好食到差啲想叫多隻蟹。本身想叫蟹粉豆苗,但係有感覺上食咗好多,就揀咗魚湯,首先豆苗嘅份量好多,煮得啱啱好,唔會好老,道菜好簡單,但係煮得好好食,呢個位幾驚喜。見到隔離枱都讚蟹粉炒蝦仁嗰度菜好食,等我搵個機會再食多次先,因為服務好,性價比又高。

本身想叫蟹粉豆苗,但係有感覺上食咗好多,就揀咗魚湯,首先豆苗嘅份量好多,煮得啱啱好,唔會好老,道菜好簡單,但係煮得好好食,呢個位幾驚喜。見到隔離枱都讚蟹粉炒蝦仁嗰度菜好食,等我搵個機會再食多次先,因為服務好,性價比又高。
