秋風起，最啱就係食啲暖笠笠嘅嘢除咗羊腩煲之外，我仲會食蛇羹同埋糯米飯今次專登同朋友過嚟沙田四季芬芳食飯餐廳位於沙田市中心三期裝飾非常之懷舊氣派雖然鋪面唔算非常之闊落但係都算坐得幾舒適子薑皮蛋賣相非常之精美，而且皮蛋係糖心口感濃郁嫩滑，沒有腥味，而子薑帶出清香花膠太史蛇羹同樣有準備薄脆及檸檬葉作蛇羹配料，蛇羹用料講究，肉質幼身嫩滑，配埋花膠，屬高貴之選生炒臘味糯米飯蛇羹與糯米飯經常一同出現，進補暖身的絕配組合最佳之選，糯米飯非常之香糯，值得推介酸菜魚魚肉是先經過炸左之後再煮，所以魚肉吾會鬆散，酸辣度適中。香脆蘿蔔絲酥餅咬落酥脆可口，一層層酥脆的餅皮亦都食到啖啖蘿蔔絲清香味道小籠包食落普普通通，沒有太大特別牛油花甲菠菜口感清淡少油，算是中和一下酸菜魚濃郁既味道
