又凍又乾,想加強骨膠原令皮膚彈彈,叫咗豬手牛筋粗。睇見啲餸填滿碗面,已開心咗一半。豬手多皮少肉,夠林夠入味,唔見亦食唔到有豬毛;牛筋外層軟林林,內裡有啲彈牙,大件上枱,冇煮到成條林晒,食落有啲咬口啱啱好。粗麵係零鹼水味,影完相一輪先食,仲有啲爽。邊食邊加無限供應的甜醋白蘿蔔,醋入湯後減低咗成碗麵的飽滯感,酸味同膠質豐富的兩款餸非常夾,同一道理適用喺炸醬牛腩撈粗。呢碟撈粗的份量仲大,冇諗過有咁多炸醬,牛腩大大件,煮到好林,。講返樽白蘿蔔,一見到即刻諗起多年前的大光燈,大光燈樽白蘿蔔真係好味過碗麵。相比下,呢度就切得較細粒,味道略嫌太過平易近人。而家可以俾客人任食白蘿蔔的麵檔真係賣少見少,老闆肯做呢啲工夫,值得欣賞。

講返樽白蘿蔔,一見到即刻諗起多年前的大光燈,大光燈樽白蘿蔔真係好味過碗麵。相比下,呢度就切得較細粒,味道略嫌太過平易近人。而家可以俾客人任食白蘿蔔的麵檔真係賣少見少,老闆肯做呢啲工夫,值得欣賞。
