To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果唔係同事介紹, 我諗我唔會留意到呢間餐廳, 第一次食印尼菜估唔到帶俾我非常大嘅驚喜😍黃薑原條炸魚外皮炸得非常之脆, 魚肉好嫩滑而且一啲都唔乾, 魚本身已經經過調味, 即使唔使點汁都已經好好味, 配上特色辣汁更加係錦上添花😋虎蝦花膠湯粉皮齋睇餐牌以為虎蝦係放湯嘅, 點知原來係以半煎炸形式烹調, 虎蝦非常新鮮, 肉質彈牙, 加上炸蒜更加惹味😍至於花膠湯底好濃郁, 質地濃稠, 粉皮好嫩滑, 加上大大嚿花膠, 真係好大方😍我哋另外叫咗三串牛肉串燒同三串白鱔串燒, 兩樣都非常惹味, 特別係白鱔, 肉質彈牙而且好juicy! 附帶嘅醬汁分別係沙嗲醬同特製辣汁, 但我覺得唔加都已經好好味😋飲品方面我哋揀咗椰汁冰同珍多冰, 兩樣都好足料! 最欣賞佢係少甜唔會甜到漏😊
