雜誌和報紙副刊大多讚呢間，又咁多明星推介，心諗也不會差得去邊，雖然見open rice有部分食家的食評話拉麵唔好食，又貴。
心諗可能各人口味唔同啦。我只想吃一碗正宗的日本拉麵。所以咪去試。
於是叫了牛舌鹽味拉麵 - 牛舌味道平平冇乜特別，湯底的味道像是蔥花鹽水冇味又油，牛舌更加沒有特別之處，不見特別美味，紫菜味似係香港四X牌，整碗就是平平無奇，這樣的質素跟標價不乎，不會再光顧了，有點中伏的感覺！！！
