Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 于当日下昼来到位于福荣街的添好运,已有很多人排队,只见很多人都拿住张点心纸系度写定先,我想是否真是这么好味啊,等左15分钟左右,可入座,只见装修一般,又要搭台,心想是否真的好吃架,两个人点左四个点心,总共才六十三元,糯米鸡,超好吃罗,猪润肠就一般啦,个地喱仲将我的猪润肠同另一台的虾肠对调左,最后才搞返正,脆皮叉烧包就真是必吃啦,真是好正的,汁多左少少,仲有叫左杞子桂花糕,是就是好吃但太细件了,总体不错罗,会下次再来,但希望店家不如取消茶位费,因为那些茶真是好难饮罗。。。。
