今日經過砵蘭街同朋友食晚飯,朋友忽然話好想食潮州滷水,咁啱見到有間大大嘅金色"金和潮菜"嘅新開潮州菜館,於是就同朋友走入去試吓:首先叫咗🌟招牌滷水鵝$138- 滷水鵝片薄切,片片鵝片都非常入味,而且底部嘅豆腐幼滑又香🌟金銀蒜蒸開邊蝦飯$118- 新鮮的開邊蝦肉質鮮嫩,蒸製 後更能保留其鮮美的味道。 蒜香四溢:金蒜和銀蒜的搭配,有獨特的香氣; 而且米飯的吸收左蒸蝦時嘅鮮汁,令米飯吸收了蝦的鮮香,口感更加美味。🌟金銀蛋浸豆苗$138- 豆苗煮熟後,再淋上炒香的金銀蛋,保留了食材的原汁原味,清淡又好味。
