放假去朋友屋企倒數前先提早食了晚餐,朋友帶我去了附近的點心店-蒸廬。餐廳主要是蒸點心及燉湯,而燉湯更主打無味精,一定要試試啦。我點了栗子蟲草花花膠燉雞湯,而朋友則點了花旗參石斛燉烏雞湯,雞湯味不太濃郁但很清甜,燉湯原汁原味,用料豐富,尤者是後者的花旗參跟雞絕對是絕配。十年新會柑普茶是推介之一,以新會原個生曬了三至五年的柑皮,將十年普洱釀入柑內,茶香之餘還有陳皮的甘香,去油膩感同時又有回甘的感覺。蛋煎糯米雞原來是煎蛋放在煎過的糯米雞表面,糯米雞軟硬適中,裏面餡料不算太多。蝦餃表皮通透,蝦肉爽口彈牙,而且非常新鮮。豉汁蒸排骨是肉腍又不鞋口,大大舊又少骨。庶糖馬蹄糕裏面有很多的馬蹄肉,煙煙韌韌,而且味道很清甜。整體食物質素不錯,價錢中等,值得再去。
