朋友話未食過石燒,所以我就帶路去覓食搬左新鋪,環境大啲,更闊落舒服今次目的係為左石燒而來的,當然要食石燒啦!用石燒上既好處可以保持熱度之外,仲可以鎖住肉汁更勝於用鐵板上黎到既時候,見到用左廚房紙鋪係塊肉上面,開頭都充滿問號,不過好快就發現這是正確的如果唔係就好容易彈到啲油&肉汁係件衫度翼板即係牛肩頸既部位,肉質好軟腍,好有彈性唔會鞋到柴皮仲好重牛味添因為頸位置既原因,所以唔會有肥膏,一啲都唔肥膩配左白飯🍚,上面仲有飯素添西班牙黑豚充滿住油脂香令肉質更soft更滑但又唔會好油膩喎適當既油脂,令肉質更好味有個調味位置,選擇好多有岩鹽、芥末、柚子醋、七味粉、山椒粉、白松露蒜蓉、自家製辣麵豉......燒鰻魚串即叫即燒,肉質好滑,唔會有幼骨,好欣賞的不過略嫌鰻魚汁重味左,有少許咸!

黎到既時候,見到用左廚房紙鋪係塊肉上面,開頭都充滿問號,不過好快就發現這是正確的

即係牛肩頸既部位,肉質好軟腍,好有彈性
唔會鞋到柴皮
仲好重牛味添
因為頸位置既原因,所以唔會有肥膏,一啲都唔肥膩

燒鰻魚串
即叫即燒,肉質好滑,唔會有幼骨,好欣賞的
不過略嫌鰻魚汁重味左,有少許咸!
