同老公去銅鑼灣行街,經過渣甸坊,有人在派宣傳單張,是附近一間叫野郎stone X鰻工房,主打鰻魚菜式和石燒。老公知我喜歡食鰻魚,所以今晚的晚餐就讓我們去這餐廳試試吧!餐廳地方不大,但都設有自助醬料區,還有昆布高湯和清水給客人享用!石燒,有牛、羊、豬、雞各種肉,提供不同份量選擇,老公選了西班牙黑豚肉200g,轉套餐加30元,有飯、湯、沙律無限添加,汽水一罐。黑豚肉用熱騰騰的石板盛載上枱,在石板上燒至六至七成熟,色澤保持粉嫩,而且散發出豚肉的果香味,油脂分布平均,肉質鮮嫩!鰻魚都有好多款揀,原條蒲燒鰻魚丼係其中一款,飯和鰻魚分開上,飯面鋪滿蛋絲和紫菜絲等,伴飯的時候不妨去醬料區拎些適合自己口味的醬料加入,可以提升味道,鰻魚用蒲燒的做法,經過蒸及燒的過程令鰻魚外脆內嫩,配上微甜醬汁分外香口。 continue reading

去過名古屋食鰻魚飯嘅舉手🍱🙋🏿‍♀️!食過嘅唔知有冇同感,食完會懷疑人生🤯,懷疑一直所認知嘅鰻魚究竟係咩嚟🐊🦈🐋,懷疑點解香港好似只有雪藏鰻魚,食完先至發現日本正宗嘅鰻魚飯原來可以好食到咁😝。之後我都甚少係香港餐廳點鰻魚食🌚,因為每次都會失望,因為真係無得同日本比架,非常懷念日本嘅鰻魚啊。早幾日去開銅鑼灣,又好掛住鰻魚飯,所以去咗食鰻工房。揀左蒲燒鰻魚丼加套餐,佢嘅鰻魚飯同一般香港日本餐廳食到嘅係有點不同,成塊鰻魚比較厚身,質地較為有彈性同有咬口,價錢唔算貴,如果想念鰻魚的話可以一試🉑 continue reading

好耐之前已經食過TST間野郎stone,當時岩岩開,仲要等成個幾鐘先有得食添,當時店又細又可以任食side dish,真係有排等,估唔到宜家TST已經執左笠。發現佢CWB有,而且仲夾埋鰻工房,可以一次過食晒石燒牛同鰻魚,都唔錯丫。去到得一枱客,真係好少人食呀,一直食都唔滿座,唔知呢間會唔會都好快執呢...由於得一兩枱客,一個店員已經夠做,都服務得好好添飯添薯蓉速度都好快先講講,加$30做套餐湯、飯、意粉、薯蓉可以任食,食食下可以轉另一款係冇問題汽水一罐翼板肉300G $198肉口感偏淋,肉味濃,少許筋位,但唔算好難咬牛小排300G $236真係估唔到牛小排係咁肥...一上枱真係嚇親,超過一半都係肥膏肉位唔硬,香肉味,但近肥膏就多筋位,唔係好咬到,而且真係好肥呀薯蓉唔錯,添左三次,不過淡左d,加番D鹽就好啦意粉較乾身,冇汁好難食燒鰻魚串 $28唔錯,好香冇乜骨,軟熟係storellet度做會員,除左可以草分,仲有迎新禮物送和牛漢堡一舊開頭仲以為係burger,原來真係一塊塊漢堡肉以為送會好迷你,點知都幾大舊幾厚有芝士幾好食出去埋單,草埋分總結食物唔錯,亦都唔貴,店員服務好 continue reading

野朗Stone x 鰻工房位置很方便,但店舖門口就不顯眼,因為前面有一排檔口擋著,一不留心就錯過了。所以當日有個姨姨在路口派傳單,她十分友善熱情,還教我們如何煲昆布湯😆,真好。店內環境溫暖舒適,很有日本小居酒屋感覺。一進門,店員便很有活力招呼著。看他一個人打理整個場,很忙碌,但卻十分友善親切。美國上級牛小排 150g($118)+$30 有薯蓉/飯/意粉、湯、沙律無限添加,及一罐汽水店員一上菜,香噴噴的牛肉味便撲鼻而來。牛小排很厚,用叉子戳戳它,極富彈性,肉汁輕微滲出,看得出質感非常之好。急不及待要吃了。牛小排肉質果然非常之好🤤,十分軟嫰多汁而富彈性,牛味非常之濃郁🤤,很香,很美味。讚,堅好吃。😍😍😍不過提提大家,因為牛肉是放在石燒上,牛肉越放得久,肉越熟,所以建議盡快在最佳時間內把它吃完。這點很重要。否則,好像我最後吃的那幾件,因為太熟,會變得嚡硬乾。自助吧有很多調味料提供,好像白松露蒜蓉、柚子醋、紫菜絲、岩鹽、芝麻、七味粉等等。原條蒲燒鰻魚丼($98)鰻魚很厚身,肉質味道可口彈牙,邊緣有焦脆感,蒲燒醬汁很美味。😋😋飯有蛋絲、紫菜絲、毛豆和芝麻,配著鰻魚吃,很棒。我們跟著餐廳食法,把丼飯留下3分1,加入昆布高湯,變成茶漬飯。昆布湯味道清香,是另一種美味,雙重享受。😊其實把上面的吃完,都已經飽了,所以也不用添加沙律或意粉😆。這餐吃得很滿足,好食抵食,CP值高。環境、員工也很讚。😊👍👍 continue reading
