To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同屋企人去沙田凱悅酒店Staycation，就去附近的科學園食晚餐。我哋揀咗呢個矜貴盛宴$1280/4位。蒜茸開邊蒸龍蝦🦞，龍蝦好新鮮，肉質嫩滑，夠彈牙。蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝，扇貝好大隻，不過蒜茸唔夠入味。秘製酸菜魚，魚肉嫩滑，入面仲有水晶粉，真係食到唔停口。法式焗釀蟹蓋，呢個菜有d失望，因為焗得唔夠耐，蟹蓋唔夠乾身。炭燒黑棕鵝，皮夠香脆，例牌份量唔夠食。韓國大蜆浸時蔬，大蜆新鮮，味道鮮甜。瑤柱蛋白炒飯，飯炒得夠乾身，不過食完其他菜，已經好飽，唔係好食得落。
