To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 主菜方面,先來一碟「翡翠千絲鮑魚酥」,酥皮用牛油麵粉及各種材料,一層層壓製而成,帶來香脆金黃的質感,外表光亮,口感酥鬆,充滿奶香,最驚喜的是包著 6頭南非鮑魚,吃時用餐刀切開,再淋上濃厚鮑魚汁,入口稔軟適度,咀嚼時稍有彈牙之感,味鮮濃香。
