Chef Tony 都係建議魚子加埋蘆筍 慕絲一齊食!魚子嘅珍貴在於只有3種鱘魚卵先有資格整魚子醬,由bb長大至識得產卵,最快都要12年時間,少女嘅味道😂
同樣係一咬即爆,再次衝擊味蕾!濃濃嘅魚油滲出,鹹鮮味濃,口中同一時間有清新幼滑嘅蘆筍慕絲作中和,好配嘅組合👍🏻就咁食比較鹹,配餅又互搶,配蘆荀原來咁夾👍🏻食完有陣回甘!最後先食條新鮮爽脆嘅蘆筍再清清口腔👍🏻如果佢俾珍珠匙,就更加有心思!食具都好重要架嘛
