近年興起吃烤魚雞煲, 是日朋友相約食烤魚。今次地點是九龍城, 幸好這家食店不難找, 旺角乘小巴很快便到達。這家食店烤魚雞煲也有, 7時未夠人客不多。看見了烤魚還是被吸引了。烤鯇魚178 頗抵吃。 既然四川菜以麻、辣、鮮、香為特色, 我們也要求了少辣和加了酸菜, 一嘗四川火鍋風味!火鍋配料也很多, 還有手切肥牛! 蟶子 時價 當日48上碟時已經有陣陣飄香, 加了蒜蓉一起燒,份外惹味, 廚師還把蒜蓉釀進蟶子肉中, 一點也不馬夫。 蟶子大隻, 肉質爽甜, 多吃2隻也無仿。少辣酸菜烤鯇魚配菜非常多, 豆芽, 籽然, 芝麻,蔥, 等等。卜上碟時烤魚還未全熟, 這是可以吃配菜。豆芽爽嫩, 酸菜爽口入味, 芝麻香日, 而間中咬到原粒籽然就散發出一種霸道的香料味。說起籽然, 不得不提提這種植物經常用於調味、提取香精油等,口感風味獨特,氣味濃烈,而它也是配製咖喱的主要原料之一。難怪這個炸魚未吃已經芳香郁烈。不久魚剛好熟, 店員建議我們先吃魚尾。魚尾鮮嫩無比,魚肉多且滑, 先享受了魚肉嫩滑然後一種輕微辣酸感輕輕滲出, 層次口感一流。魚身肉口, 一啖啖厚肉放進咀裡, 鮮甜又嫩滑。鮮炸響鈴卷這裡的響鈴是新鮮製

這裡的響鈴是新鮮製作的, 夾起時已經很響, 要小心翼翼的夾起以免夾破, 輕輕一浸立即起手, 放進咀裡果然不同凡響, 外表滲了一點湯, 濃郁酸辣湯味, 中間又脆口無比。而響鈴是卷起了幾層, 非常新鮮脆口。

肥牛中我比較喜歡這種手切的, 不會太薄, 口感更佳。肥牛肉膏平均分布, 放進口中同一時間享受肉與膏的肥美, 牛味香濃,醬油也不用點, 完全能吃其原味。
