To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗佐敦庇利金街「樂湯雞麵館」食午餐,顧名思義,餐廳主打雞湯麵🍜也有供應花膠雞湯翅、各式各樣嘅砂鍋雞湯等等,全部都係真材實料熬製,絕無添加味精醋香雲耳爽脆雲耳加入蒜蓉及酸醋,酸酸的帶蒜香,醒神開胃砂鍋花膠雞湯翅配米線加$8可以轉雞髀🍗湯底由新鮮雞隻熬製而成,無味精,好鮮甜,仲有好多花膠同魚翅,勁足料!米線都幾Q彈有嚼勁,好掛湯呢~龍皇雲吞另加$12一粒,好似乒乓波咁大粒,裏面有鮮蝦同豬肉,好味道砂鍋「花膠魚翅餃」雞配刀削麵花膠魚翅餃皮薄餡靚,餡料加入左魚翅,令到味道更加昇華!同樣加咗$8轉雞髀🍗雞脾肉好滑溜呢~刀削麵軟硬適中,麵條帶有麵粉香,吸收左湯底嘅精華,正呀!升級優惠+$20享鮑魚一隻,夠哂彈牙
