To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7:15pm 到,有枱,不用等想食豉油王蝦,因是時價,問伙計,夠膽死答唔知之後7:20pm 落單,只有2個人,叫了 "上湯勝瓜" 及 "珊瑚斑塊"等到7:45pm 都未有得食,叫伙計跟跟,佢話來緊,之後等5分鐘,又5分鐘,又5分鐘,其間問伙計,態度不知所為,答完等如無答其間越來越多客了,到了8:05pm,想走之際,"上湯勝瓜"剛到,唔夠熱,只是微暖,當時真的很餓,是但啦,心想食完此味菜,若"珊瑚斑塊"都唔來便走人8:15pm"珊瑚斑塊"來了,此味夠熱,幾好味,唔錯,到8:30pm食完埋單走人其間枱枱客都等菜等到呀媽都唔認得,大佬呀,廚房做唔切就咪擺甘多枱啦,正門福榮街及後面兼善理都擺滿
