To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳開業約四個月,位於IFC Mall 3樓,裝修簡約而有格調。重點係有維港海景!今天第一次前來光顧,感覺極好。食物質素高但價錢合理。肉骨茶是當中最具驚喜的。藥材味適中,每碗也有不少排骨同豬肚,絕不欺場,湯味濃郁夠厚身。魷魚筒非常要一試,熟度剛剛好,夠爽口,那個醬汁味道亦相當特別。海南雞已起骨,夠滑又不肥,亦屬必試菜式。龍蝦乾炒喇沙,很入味,有點像新加玻的炒蘿蔔糕。這款菜式很少在香港出現,大家亦不況一試。整體食物質素很高,會再光顧。
