To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冇諗過喺IFC食間海景餐廳,樓面光鮮,竟然會有米奇陪食飯…首先聽後面枱食客大叫,之後就見到地下有個黑影跑過,個個抬起晒腳。最後隻老鼠就喺個櫃後面伸咗個頭出嚟… 但佢縮得太快,影得唔係好清侍應淨係同我哋講咗句唔好意思,埋單嗰時仲要收埋服務費…唔計衛生程度同服務,淨係睇嘢食都一般,叫咗個小金杯,要自己放材料入去,味道、口感都一般。另外仲叫咗串燒同埋雞翼,串燒有啲乾,雞翼係正常嘅,但唔太特別。總之,我地唔會再幫襯 continue reading

今日冬至,下午出去IFC 行吓先,同老婆搵間野食下,當時已經三點左右,佢話食過一間幾好,所以就try 吓啦⋯⋯間店都小難搵,上到連X佛女裝鞋部,中間有個好似橋位一出先見到.門面及裝修充滿星馬feel , 靚裝有特色,可以坐出面,三點幾冇乜人安排了卡位給我們,舒舒服服坐下食下野⋯⋯叫左2杯龍眼冰,一個叫小金杯,蠔仔泡飯和喇沙蝦麵. 小金杯個杯好脆, 配料視乎你like, 可以加蝦、汁、蛋絲和X絲… 非常開胃….. 個蠔仔泡飯好食,夠香,蠔仔算大隻又多啖啖也食到,個喇沙麵正常至高….. continue reading

美心旗下的高端线,做的是带点创意元素的星马菜。城中的星马菜多是以喇沙、鸡饭、椰浆饭为主打的快餐,综合性的星马菜餐厅并不多见,所以这家挺早就有兴趣尝试。·开在IFC的连卡佛旁边,人均自然不低,虽然食材和调味都不错,但一部分价格是在为环境买单。露台座位占了用餐区域很大面积,海景确实无敌。·【娘惹黑炭小金杯】Pie tee是星马菜里经典的appetizer,腌渍沙葛脆爽又带点起沙的糯感,小金杯酥脆似威化饼干,盛进色彩丰富的鲜虾/蛋丝/甜辣酱,口感像一场热热闹闹的合唱。·【百香果沙律蝦球】虾球个头超级巨,比乒乓球还大,一层薄薄炸衣下的肉质脆弹饱满,咀嚼时仿佛在口中弹跳,能够媲美通常只有米其林餐厅才能拿得出来的虾球皇。·调味则有点借鉴菠萝油条虾,酸甜浓郁的酱汁服服帖帖裹在虾球上,怎么都吃不腻,这道我很喜欢。·【乾炒龍蝦海鮮喇沙】只吃过干拌laksa,第一次吃干炒laksa,一眼看上去有点像pad thai。调味走精致克制路线,既没有laksa满满椰香的灵魂,也没有街头炒粉在重油旺火猛攻下那撩人的色香味。·炒粉富有弹性,入味比所有配菜都好,豆腐泡真的还是适合拿来吸汤。龙虾肉份量可以,滋味也十分鲜甜,不过这道招牌菜整体来说略普。 continue reading
