To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日一朝早8點10分到達都已經坐左7成檯, 好彩我地兩個人都好容易搵到位, 唔夠十分鐘差不多坐滿, 我地叫左5碟點心, 等左10分鐘以上先開始有點心到鳳爪排骨飯: 鳳爪及排骨夠入味, 但飯唔得好爛酥皮焗叉燒包: 好好食及多汁燒賣皇:我同事選錯左, 佢以為係蝦餃皇, 味道普通黃沙豬潤腸: 正, 豬潤及腸粉皮都好滑沙爹牛肉春卷: 皮脆, 有少許沙爹味, 有汁唔太油埋單計埋茶錢 $78食的期間有人一走, 好快就有人到, 真係好多人, 依家俾埋個膠茶壺你, 唔驚無茶飲不過, 如果要等半個鐘或以上唔會等~~~未至於好食到要我等咁耐
