To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台灣嘅便當即係香港嘅飯盒,但係我好記得嘅係台灣朋友嚟香港嘅時候,食香港嘅飯盒,佢哋會覺得點解大部份都係飯,得咁少餸。而我去到台灣食佢哋嘅便當,就會覺得,好正啊,點解咁多餸嘅。疫情之下,我已經三年冇去過台灣,由之前一年去三次,而家三年都去唔到一次,我真係好掛住台灣嘅美食。唔知道係咪因為材料嘅關係,香港嘅台灣菜,一般都做得唔好。但係當我思鄉病發嘅時候,就會去百芳池上便當一解鄉愁,因為佢係屬於比較貼近真正台灣便當嘅飯餸比例。當然佢嘅用料係好唔同,因為台灣便當一般唔會有粉絲同粟米,多數都係一啲竹筍香腸等等小菜,但係因為佢嘅味道都好好,我仍然都覺得係冇其他更選擇之下,都絕對係一個好選擇。
