中環多好嘢食就係人都知🍴但要搵真正好vibe既真係唔容易🧫呢次黎左荷蘭正🍸聽個名就知唔簡單港式茶餐廳嘅裝修🇭🇰看似茶餐廳Menu但嘢食完全超出咗茶餐廳嘅水準 Cocktails名同食材都用返地道嘅稱呼同材料睇落去就知老闆用咗好多心機✨-頭盤 —— Starter西班牙黑毛豬叉燒配菠蘿薄片🍍蟹籽甜酸汁及黃金饅頭認真點估到叉燒可以做呢個水準🐷中間夾咗塊菠蘿簡直畫龍點睛(冇誇張)個底墊左件炸到好香嘅饅頭💕開胃開胃🤤主菜 —— Main course焦糖醬油煎封澳州M9和牛肉眼(五成熟)配煎荷包蛋🍳將冰糖炒糖色至焦糖化後加入頭抽熬煮成既特製醬油超香🤍高脂肪既肉眼加上焦糖醬油,附帶各種配菜平衡牛扒既油膩🥩甜品 —— Dessert桂林金桂花蜜燉比利時啤梨 🍐呢個甜品本來就好少地方食到配埋馬蹄肉、豆漿奶凍 同豆腐雪糕🍦味道醇香完全無苦澀味💕大推薦Cocktails我哋叫咗芝麻花生湯圓🍡嘿嘿 係唔係估唔到佢係Sesame whisky 配peanut foam呢?呢間係我近期食過最menu特別嘅餐廳🍸
