係寶琳分店叫左和牛燒肉一郎嘅$138上級牛肋肉午餐,佢俾伊碟牛我。我問職員伊個部位好似唔多似牛肋肉喎,佢話係切法問題及佢地本身無賣牛板腱。我聽完之後,心諗咁專業食牛燒肉嘅鋪頭竟然唔會賣賣咁普遍及價格相對便宜嘅牛板腱,真唔真呀?! 加上牛肉切到紙咁薄,油脂又少,好容易黐住個燒網,與牛肋肉軟淋成強烈對比,相信失望,成為沒有下次的重大原因。豬肉$68係高性價比,牛舌$108屬中規中矩水平。價錢係唔多,但應該有碗話碗有碟話碟吧,光明正大的講牛板腱吧!
