To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一共八人準備由柏架山行去大潭水塘,準備出發之際就喺側魚涌先醫肚。中午嚟到旺記門口,雖然已有唔少人在排隊,但我地八個竟然好快就入得去啦~知道旺記最出名係食日本叉燒炒滑蛋飯,所以我都叫咗,仲加多杯凍奶茶~本來會以為只係普通屋企食開嘅叉蛋飯,但估唔到咁出色!由日本蛋炒成嘅滑蛋好香好滑,而叉燒份量亦好多。另外亦加分嘅必定係淋喺飯上面嘅甜豉油,令到每一淡食落口都好香好香。而且佢每一碟都好大份,正因為佢咁好食,我食哂成碟都非常滿足!

本來會以為只係普通屋企食開嘅叉蛋飯,但估唔到咁出色!由日本蛋炒成嘅滑蛋好香好滑,而叉燒份量亦好多。另外亦加分嘅必定係淋喺飯上面嘅甜豉油,令到每一淡食落口都好香好香。而且佢每一碟都好大份,正因為佢咁好食,我食哂成碟都非常滿足!
