To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家放题店已儘量彌補不能遠赴泰國的心情。說它非常泰亦不對,因其經營有別於泰國大哥大Suki店(即sukiyaki店,當地對火煱店的简稱),如MK,MKGold, Coca, Canton等,而採取時下在香港超火的火煱放题模式。進食过程中能找到的泰特式还是不少的,冬蔭功,椰汁鸡湯都被用作鍋底,个人認為跟真正的兩個“國湯‘仍有段距離,倒不如把他们抽出,改作放题餐汤,正式讓Tom Yum Kung 及Tom Ka Gai華麗登場,泰味更濃。此外,自夾生蝦及自製甜品都產生到有得食有得玩的效果,特別見到生手小姐姐‘’讓生蝦飛”而尖叫,都有點附加娛樂性。甜品方面,應“泰”盡泰,可惜椰漿的椰子味嚴重不足,换個牌子吧!總的來說,此放题店做得着不錯,隣座的泰华小伙子都大叫“亞萊嘜嘜”,我亦對餐廳補上一句“及灌級”。。。多谢!
