To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 目前可以walk in的一家不错的茶馆

中午临时起意来的，现在可以walk in直接坐下吃了，听说以前不预定根本是没位置的，靠窗的位置可以看到德辅道的街景，比较亮堂，适合坐着聊天。上菜速度非常快，点好之后五分钟就能吃到东西，这一点很赞。茶杯是西式玻璃杯，比传统茶楼的茶杯大一些，适合豪饮。鲜虾肠粉里的虾都是整个包进去的，用料非常扎实。烤乳鸽不错，味道很香，上来的时候还是热的，配了手套可以上手抓着吃。其他茶点也都不错，挺不错的。卡座式的位置，不算特别宽敞。
