今日係老婆生日,同老婆食生日飯,之前已經bookmark 左呢間餐廳,知道師傅返左香港,又好好彩地星期日又係到做主廚,一於食餐好既同老婆慶祝生日🫶🏻🫶🏻餐廳主要食Omakase,$1880per head 餐點一啲都唔少,前菜先黎一個好有特色既,成蟹仔都食得,入面仲有少少蟹膏,別有一番風味,另外上既一款湯,係用鱧魚同信菜煮成既,鱧魚又名骨千刺,要師傅用刀,每1cm 平均都切14刀,可見師傅刀功同廚藝👍🏻刺身先上一款石鵰魚刺身,配以蘿蔔蓉,洋蔥等白蝦刺身,呢款白蝦刺身師傅要去哂整隻蝦頭同蝦殼,一整碗每一隻整隻蝦,而唔係一隻大蝦分開咁上枱既,盡顯師傅既用心水八爪魚,有八爪魚吸盤同八爪魚刺身,師傅仲好貼心安排左2款wasabi,酒清wasabi 醬比較少見,可以加入八爪魚吸盤中食,味道更刺激金目鵰,師傅用熱水淥過魚皮,口感會更爽口,但唔會影響到質質既鮮甜蝦夷貝,爽口到不得了!唔沾豉油食都食到其鮮甜味👍🏻另外白蝦有另一個煮法,係原隻白蝦炸,口感香脆好食!係我最愛!每一隻都可以連殼食,酥脆美味!另一款和風既料理係粟米天婦羅,比想像中好食,完全無調味,食到粟米本來既甜味,係最原始既香甜😍海老真丈,

另一款和風既料理係粟米天婦羅,比想像中好食,完全無調味,食到粟米本來既甜味,係最原始既香甜😍

海老真丈,即係炸蝦丸,入口好香脆,上枱時每一咬口都好好食,爽口彈牙,而且蝦肉好綿密,一啲都唔腥👍🏻

壽司飯調味好香好食,米粒有咬口,而且已經有wasabi,所以我覺得唔額外wasabi 同醬油已好好食,好欣賞師傅包既壽司功力,刺身完美地包住壽司飯,手功好好👍🏻

最後送上熱湯同甜品為今晚豐富既晚餐劃上句號👍🏻

Omakase 我都試過幾間,呢間絕對會回頭,師傅好客既態度,對食材既認識都非常廣闊,以中文同中文介紹食材,又會講多少少食材嘅小故事俾我哋知,整餐飯都係好愉快嘅對話中完成,感覺賓至如歸!記得如果有興趣食既朋友仔記得book 位呀😊
