To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六我同屋企人提早慶祝母親節一早book好檯同埋交左訂金去到就可以即刻入座啦我地total 7個人 都叫左唔少野食餐牌見到選擇都唔少首先黎個雙味龍鬚黃魚酸甜既汁配上炸過既魚十分香口魚肉滑 幾好味之前我地預留左慢煮原隻燒鴨呢種片皮鴨佢話係用3個鐘可慢煮佢唔係配平時會食既摩摩佢配既係橙包食落帶少少甜味橙包雖然比較有咬口我個人比較鍾意摩摩因為有味道既包同d鴨唔既味道算太夾慢煮既鴨果然係唔同d皮脆肉嫩 唔會過飛但帶有dd油香而且份量唔算少小食叫左個脆鴨皮配煙燻溏心鴨蛋我覺得呢個麻麻地鴨蛋冇味 係連蛋黃都冇咩味鴨皮係脆既 但同鴨蛋唔太夾Waiter介紹左兩個海鮮比我地第一個係啫啫斑腩豬潤煲呢個真係冇介紹錯朱潤好新鮮 完全唔會有苦味 非常鮮甜斑腩都好滑而且d汁令到成味菜更加惹味我覺得呢個比先前個黃魚好食另一個海鮮 廚魔黑松露XO龍蝦粉絲煲 就比較失色啦完全食唔到黑松露同XO既味道之後係咁食到d黑椒 而且粉絲過乾不過d龍蝦肉都幾鮮甜嫩口既哥哥係叉燒控 佢叫左個雲林黑土豬叉燒佢個叉燒整到夠淋 肉質好嫩完全唔會食到痴牙有足夠既濃邊配合嫩口既肉海鮮鴨湯泡飯係大推佢上左檯先落一碗脆米確保食既時候仲係脆卜卜
