To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾星期較多工作應酬，與外國同事交流，吃了不少西式晚餐。過了這忙碌的時間，特別和媽媽找間茶樓吃點心。百樂潮州酒家位於銅鑼灣時代廣場，地鐵站出發不用三分鐘便到，地點方便就腳。疫情關係，餐廳也安排了屏風，而且枱與枱之間也有足夠距離，入座時也有量度體溫，令客人吃得安心。我們一行二人共點了幾道小菜，一起互相分享。前菜是開胃的酸菜，吃起來爽口，令人食慾大增。香煎蘿蔔糕(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)蘿蔔糕表面煎得香脆，起來十分香口，而且有一絲絲的蘿蔔，口感不錯。薑汁雞仔包 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)雞仔包是中點，用料十足，裏面有大大隻鮮蝦，新鮮而且肉質結，實絕不欺場。菜苗鳳城水餃 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)水餃是廚點，一份有六隻，皮薄餡靚，有大大隻鮮蝦，兩個人分享剛剛好。柱侯牛筋金錢肚(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)金錢肚煮得十分淋身，而且入味，但不會覺得十分油膩，吃起來頗有嚼口。鴛鴦水晶包(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)水晶包少見的茶樓點心，分別是蓮蓉和紅豆餡料。蓮蓉吃起來不太甜，紅豆也吃得出陣陣的陳皮味，配上煙煙靭靭的外皮，實在令人停不了口。清心丸綠豆爽 (⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)甜品是潮州特色的清心丸綠豆爽，吃起來不太甜，而且綠豆消暑一流，為這天的午餐劃上完美句號。總括而
