To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日上網搵有咩食,發現何廣開左itamama,價錢又唔錯,所以就同朋友去左試下。2點開始就有下午茶乾番茄野菌蒜香意大利麵份量一般,下午茶尼講都ok夠,野菌就有兩款,都幾香; 乾番茄味道就有d怪; 意大利麵會比較多,軟硬適中,當中香草味比較突出內有少量芫茜,唔食的朋友記住落單時講一講香辣烤雞螺絲粉開頭唔辣食落唔辣,但吞左之後辣味開始出雞肉唔韌,肉質嫩滑; 螺絲粉偏軟身,帶有少少甜味。唔食辣的朋友要注意一下喇
